We are a family-run business with humble beginnings dedicated to encouraging individuals with disabilities to level up their independence and quality of life.
Lily started her journey as a disability support worker. Through the stories of bringing smiles to participant’s faces on a daily-basis, she inspired her kids to follow-suit to make a positive difference in our society.
Our focus is on creating a family-culture that our participants and support workers can be a part of; a safe space of inclusion, compassion, respect, open communication and a desire to see our participants level-up their lives.
What We Do
At 1Up Care, we provide one-on-one support that brings joy and connection to people of all ages and abilities.
From a walk in the park to a game of footy, our team focuses on fun, inclusion, and achieving personal goals. We match participants with caring support workers who help build life skills, confidence, and friendships — empowering everyone to level up their independence.

An initial meeting with us to discuss your needs, following the completion of your Intake Form.
